Unbound Creations LLC (“Unbound Creations” or “We“) respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy. This policy describes:

Children Under the Age of 16
Our Games do not collect the personally identifiable information of any of our users.
Our newsletter is not intended for children under 16 years of age. If you are under the age to 16 please do not sign up for our newsletter or submit any other information through our Site.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 16 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. As mentioned above, we do not collect any personally identifiable information through our Games.
We do collect some limited personally identifiable information from and about users through our Site. We receive this information from two sources:

When using our Site, you may provide us with certain types of information which may include, information:

Where, How and How Long We Store Your Information
We may temporarily store some of your information on our servers. For example, if you sign up for our newsletter, we may temporarily store your email address before importing it to our newsletter service provider, after which, we delete it. All information that we store is securely maintained in the United States.
Some of your information is collected by our Third Party Service Providers,listed below, and is stored and maintained according to their privacy policies (links to these policies are also listed below). Some examples include:
- game specific data is collected and stored by our backend services provider,
- some device information may be collected and stored by our webhosting provider,
- information relevant to our newsletters, such as your name and address is collected by our newsletter service provider,
- information related to your email communications with us may be collected by our webmail service provider,
- information that you provide to the marketplaces where you purchase the Services is collected and stored by those marketplaces,
- analytics and information about your interactions with the Services and in-game advertising is collected by our analytics and advertising service provider.
